Light arch
The first light arch  or Schwibbögen was forged approx. 1720 made of black plate. One can call the organization variants of light arch nearly boundless. They essentially contain: cure-Saxonian or bergmännische coats of arms, miners, religious topics and symbols, floating angels, local landscapes, motives of native Spielzeugmacher, Klöpplerinnen, Schnitzer, village scenes with mountain church, houses and Kurrendefiguren. The largest light elbow are long nearly 7m, the smallest ones fit in Match boxes.

The designation Schwibbogen possibly follows the architectural term of the gothic, the arch between two walls standing and supported by these. After the narration also the burning pit lamps of the miners, semicircularly, could be suggested around the lug mouth hole at „the bill Christmas eve ", with the shape of the Schwibbogens.
